	Resource Edge Privacy Statement
	Introduction
	This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for Resource Edge Ltd and Resource Edge (Aust) Pty Ltd including what personally identifiable information is collected by us, how the information is used, with whom the information may be shared, and the security procedures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control.
	Resource Edge Recruitment and HR Consultancy - Information Collection and Use of Information
	Resource Edge is the sole owner of the information gathered by us in the form of resumes, reference checks and personal information received via email, post or in person. This information will be held on our internal systems and utilised only by internal staff. This information will not be released without the express permission of the clients or users concerned.
	Ultimate Aims - Information Collection and Use of Information
	Our clients are the owners of all the information we store on their behalf within the Ultimate Aims website.  We will not access, sell, share, rent or make any Ultimate Aims business related or personal information available to any party without the express written consent of the nominated Appraisal Manager of that client to which the information pertains.
	Notwithstanding the above, from time to time our technical staff may be required to investigate the internal processing of appraisal information. We take receipt of such a request by our Help Desk as permission to access and view client data in order to correct a given problem or provide advice on system usage.
	Statistical Information
	Statistical usage information is collected on the Ultimate Aims website. This provides a record of which users have accessed the site at what time and is used internally to analyse trends, administer the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This information is not linked to personally identifiable confidential information.
	Sharing
	Statistical and usage information is shared internally between our technical staff and is not shared with any outside organisation or agency. This information is used to improve the efficiency of the site.
	At times we may partner with other parties to provide specific services. This may include HR consultants or ERP partners to provide implementation services. When a client requests these services we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
	Security
	Every precaution is taken to protect all client information recorded on the Ultimate Aims website. When users submit sensitive information via the website it is protected both online and offline.
	Client employee data is secured and maintained in a professional hosting environment which includes stringent firewall systems and processes, and data backup protection. Procedures are maintained to ensure the privacy of employee data as required by both the New Zealand and Australia Privacy Acts.
	Updating Personal Information
	It is the sole responsibility of the client to update and maintain personally identifiable information collected on the Ultimate Aims website. The only exception is where Resource Edge maintains contact details for the nominated Ultimate Aims Appraisal Manager for each client. Should these contact details change Resource Edge will update this within 24 hours of notification from the client.
	Notifications of Changes
	If we decide to change our privacy policy we will post those changes on our homepage so our clients are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances (if any) we disclose it.
